Will Power to Schools (WPS) is a multi-faceted theater education program that invigorates the teaching and learning of Shakespeare in the classroom.
The full program package includes partnership with teaching artists, curriculum materials (Click here for the 2011 Romeo & Juliet Online Study Guide), transportation support, and tickets to see a professional production of Romeo & Juliet in Spring 2012.
The production and associated educational materials are aligned with the Visual and Performing Arts and English Language Arts Frameworks for California Public Schools grades 6-12. The WPS registration deadline is February 1, 2012.
A limited number of tickets for classroom groups are available for Saturday and Sunday performances, April 10-21, 2012.
