The Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles hires teaching artists on an ongoing basis as we build and expand our programs. At any given time, we have positions for teaching artists with experience working with High School and Middle School students, and with adults: in particular, the Veteran community, and the formerly incarcerated community.
Our programs are tailored to the needs of our community and we are looking for mentors with experience in either Shakespeare or as social justice thought leaders and facilitators (or both). Our programs require a variety of perspectives, and we often hire multiple teachers with different skill sets to co-lead our workshops and classes.
If you are interested in working with us, please fill out the application, which includes a copy of your resume. We will contact you for an interview if we have an opening that matches your skillset.
